Today, a message from one of my friends on the social network looked like this: "It's only been half a day, and the phone charge is already 7%." In the usual rhythm of the city, it's not scary, and you can find an outlet in taxis, hotels, offices and simple cafes. But if you are traveling, it is very undesirable to lose touch with the world — you may be robbed, you may suffer, and the phone may be the only way to correct the situation.
I have a small life hack on this account, which I constantly use — this is the second phone. But not everything is so obvious if you have something like an iPhone 4/4s in which microSIM works...
If you have the named phone models, then the problem is that their reduced-size SIM cards seem incompatible with regular phones, and people think that the insurance phone should also be an iPhone 4 :) This is not quite true, especially since this solution is very much not budget-friendly.
I use an old Nokia 1661-2 as a second spare phone, which, at its cost of $ 30+ dollars, can keep the battery charge for more than a week in standby mode and transit through different countries. In this phone, the SIM card holder is arranged in such a way that you can put a microSIM under it as shown in the picture, press the whole thing with the battery and the phone cover, and it will not move a millimeter from its place. You will always be in touch, and you will use your iPhone only for Internet tasks, music and simple planning.
