Microsoft has officially announced the completion of the Flow beta test, which began back in April. Now the service for automating routine processes is working at full capacity.
The list of supported services has been updated in the release version. Among them appeared Bit.ly , Pinterest, Instapaper and others. In total, Flow currently allows you to work with 58 different services. The list includes Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, as well as Trello, Todoist, YouTube, several social networks and much more.
Russian language support is currently available only for the web version of Flow and the Android version. Unfortunately, localization has not yet been brought to mind. For example, the description of some templates is still given in English.
The Flow app for iOS has not received an update at all yet. But surely it won't be long to wait.
Microsoft Flow works on the principle of If this, then that, which translates as "If this, then that". The service allows you to create action dependencies when working with various services and applications. Facebook Instagram* photos can be automatically posted to Twitter and Facebook*, or you can send notifications about "Google Tasks" to your phone, for example.
The service offers a great many similar options for automating work and just routine processes. You can create action chains (threads) from scratch or choose from templates. Streams are synchronized with all platforms on which you use Flow. So it's easy to manage your data anywhere and anytime.
Also in the mobile version, it is possible to create special buttons that will help you perform various actions with just one click. In addition, you will be able to receive operational alerts on smartphones.
The main functionality of Flow is available for free, but if desired, you can purchase a premium account that opens several additional services. However, it is not necessary to do this at all. The free option is fully capable of meeting the needs of most users.
