I'm starting to think that sooner or later most applications will finally go to the Web. For example, an online client for working with BitTorrent — BitLet has recently appeared. That is, now it is not necessary to install any kind of Microtorrent. The principle of operation of the service is quite simple.
The BitLet interface is as concise as Google's. In the form, just specify a link to the torrent file (and you can take it from one of the many trackers). There is even a code generator here, using which you can post links to torrents on your website, offering to download them via BitLet.
In general, BitLet is a pretty good BitTorrent loader. It even shows a status window that tells you how much has been downloaded, how much is left, what is the speed. I would even say that this is an ideal solution in cases when there is no time / desire to explain the basics of BitTorrent to beginners — I just gave the right link. :)
But in general, a very good development. It will not replace traditional clients yet, but I am sure that it will contribute to the popularity of BitTorrent.
