With the new Smart Scheduling feature, all outstanding user tasks should disappear. Now in the to-do lists "Today" and "For 7 days" you can click on "Reschedule" and artificial intelligence will offer you new deadlines. In addition, when adding a new task, the AI will try to predict the time required to complete it.
Of course, the recommendations of the smart assistant will be based on the study of user behavior. If you usually sort your mail in the morning and read it in the evening, then the function will assign the appropriate tasks for this time. Also, "Smart planning" helps to distribute the load evenly over the days. For example, if Friday is free for you, and Thursday is a full emergency, then the AI will transfer some of the tasks to the last day of the week. Moreover, the new function is able to determine the urgency of any task based on the analysis of information from all Todoist users.
Please note that "Smart Planning" is still learning, so it may not always work correctly. However, the more often you use AI advice, the more accurate its predictions will become. To evaluate the assistant's capabilities, simply update Todoist.
