In just three days, brand new iPhones will be officially sold in Russia. It was expected that sales would start only in the Apple Store online store, M.Video, Svyaznoy and the Store network belonging to it, but later Euroset also got a direct contract. Well, apparently, now it's Vimpelcom's turn — it became known that the Russian operator is resuming relations with Apple.
This information was shared by a source close to the operator, and also confirmed by Anna Aybasheva, a representative of Vimpelcom. On October 25, the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c will first appear in Beeline's Moscow offices, and then begin their march across Russia. Negotiations between Apple and Vimpelcom were conducted for quite a long time, while in Cupertino they did not make concessions and offered unfavorable conditions. But still, the situation has changed for the better, and the American company has reduced the requirements for the purchase of a minimum number of iPhones, marketing and other expenses. Taking advantage of this relaxation, other operators have also resumed negotiations with Apple on iPhone shipments. In addition, there was information about LTE support for new "apple" gadgets. It is reported that Vimpelcom is actively testing a new connection so that customers can use this service on new iPhones in full.
