FiiO, a brand that has long been associated with advanced DACs and top-end HiFi equipment, brought FiiO’s Walkman-inspired cassette player is a blast from the past at CES 2024 personal cassette player CP13.
The gadget was a tribute to Sony's 1979 Walkman player, which Star Lord used in Guardians of the Galaxy. The analogy can be traced in the silver-blue two-tone finish and the simple rectangular design. There is also a black and white version and a transparent one.
The battery life is 15 hours. There is no way to connect wireless headphones — no Bluetooth.
FiiO CP13 will be available in early March at a price of $165 (≈15 thousand rubles). What do you think? Would you like to have one?
