Google has announced New way to customize your Chrome address bar in iOS / Google The Keyword about the public launch of a feature that began to be tested back in the summer — the ability to move the address bar to the bottom of the screen. In the standard Safari browser, this option is offered by default, starting with iOS 15.
Everything works simply: just hold down the search bar and select the option "Move the address bar down" in the menu that appears (or up if you want to return everything as it was).
You can move the search bar down in the Chrome 119 browser version, but the function is distributed separately from the numbered update, so it is not yet available to all users. If the function is not available to you yet, but you really want to try it, use our instructions to enable it manually.
