Microsoft has released The new Forms app is here! / Microsoft the new Forms office application is a client of the same service for Windows, previously available only as a web version. Using Microsoft Forms, you can create surveys, questionnaires and tests with quick import of results into Excel.
The app uses AI to suggest questions based on the topic of the questionnaire. The survey can be personalized: choose a theme, add images and music. You can start working from scratch or from one of the templates.
The finished form can be sent to participants as a link or QR code via email, social networks or the Teams messenger.
The collected data is visualized and updated in real time, and you can also export it to Excel for deeper analysis.
You need the Internet to work with the application.
You can install Microsoft Forms on computers running Windows 10 and 11, but the release of the client for other platforms has not yet been announced.
