However, employment in the company is also not suitable for everyone: people may feel strongly dependent on the decisions of their superiors, which limits their freedom and mobility. As the American writer Robert Anthony said: "If you don't have your own purpose in life, then you will work for someone who has it."

Nevertheless, the position of an employee has its advantages: financial stability, the ability to quickly change jobs, and a clear idea of career growth.
