The runner is a French director Sebastian Montaz-Rosset, who shot a 40-minute documentary I Believe I Can Fly about highlining, one of the most dangerous and most spectacular types of tightrope walking. The highlining combines elements of balancing, rock climbing and slackline. Of course, that he should run along the ridge of the mountain?!

Slackline, also sling walking or walking on a loosely stretched sling (English slackline, from slack — "sagging", "weak" and line — "line") is a practice in balancing and a developing sport, which consists in walking on special nylon or polyester slings (ribbons) stretched between stationary objects — stations.

Slackline differs from tightrope climbing, where a rope or cable of circular cross-section is stretched as rigidly as possible, by other balancing principles due to dynamism, stretching and recoil of a weakly stretched sling. The degree of tension is adjusted to the needs and goals of the equilibrist (slinger, slackliner), there are also slings of different width and structure for different styles of slackline — performing tricks, passing long lines, over water and on a highly stretched sling with or without insurance.
