The editorial board of the Canadian Geographic magazine announced Announcing the winners of the 2023 Canadian Photos of the Year competition / Canadian Geographic the winners of its annual competition for the best photographs of wildlife and urban landscapes.
The main award "Canadian Photographer of the Year" was given to Brandon Broderick. The jury was impressed by his shots of a waterfall, a lynx among the trees of a winter forest and a bear in a blooming meadow.
This is not the only clubfoot who got into the lens of the 2023 winners. Another one brought victory to Leron Hetman in the nomination "Wildlife in action".
