The principle of measurement, according to the assurances of the developers, works like this – you close the camera of the phone with your finger, on which the flash diode is also lit. The camera detects the blood flow in your finger and measures your pulse in real time. If you press the camera hard, then stop the blood flow in the measured place and the measurement will be stopped. Press your finger lightly and do not believe your eyes as I did not believe :)
