Long-term work at the computer requires a special approach to your health. Sitting still in one place, and even staring at the monitor, is unnatural for a person and leads to a number of problems – with his back, with his eyes, and with his hands. Few people manage to spend a couple of hours of the working day and go to the gym. For those who are obliged to be at the computer for many hours in a row, we are opening a new category – "Office gymnastics". In it, we will offer our readers simple sets of exercises designed to minimize the negative impact of office work on a person's health and quality of life.
The first set of exercises is designed to prevent myopia.
1. Leaning back, take a deep breath, then lean forward and exhale. Repeat 3-5 times.
2. Close your eyes, close them tightly, then open them. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
3. Stand up, put your hands on your belt. Turn your head to the right and look at the elbow of your right hand, then turn your head to the left and look at the elbow of your left hand. Repeat this exercise 5-6 times in each direction.
4. Make circular movements with your eyes, looking up, first clockwise, then counterclockwise.
5. Raise your hands in front of you, look at the tips of your fingers, raise your hands up, continuing to follow them with your eyes, without raising your head. After that, lower your hands.
