Samsung announced the Unpacked presentation, where it will show new smartphones and watches

Samsung has confirmed that it will hold the next Galaxy Unpacked event on July 27, 2023. This presentation will take place for the first time in South Korea, in Seoul, whereas previously they were held in Barcelona, San Francisco and New York.

It is expected that the manufacturer will introduce the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 — a new generation of folding smartphones. According to rumors, both devices will receive a new type of hinge, which will ensure that there is no gap when folded. Also, the new products are credited with the IP58 protection class from dust and water, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and new cameras.

Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 / SamMobile

The compact clamshell Galaxy Z Flip 5 will receive an enlarged external display of unusual shape. Samsung decided not to embed cameras in the screen, like the Razr 40 Ultra, but to bypass them by making a small "island". The design has been repeatedly demonstrated on leaked renderings.

In addition to smartphones, Galaxy Unpacked can present Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic smartwatches, as well as Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+ and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablets.
